Dane Roux is a queer, genderfluid solo parent and artist living in Western Washington State. They currently study social work and public policy at The Evergreen State College, with an emphasis on creating trauma-informed policy and using art to cultivate resilience. They have been creating art for three decades, since they could first hold a crayon. Future endeavors include large format or mural, co-operative work, and more visionary designs despite their struggle with aphantasia.
